PC BOARDS
When viewing the PC Boards menu you need to make sure that you are within your
own database to view your PC Boards. If you view them from another organisations
database you will need to select My Boards Only on the top of the context window.
With in the PC Boards menu you are able to sell a PCB, write it off and return a
loaned board.
SELL A PCB
Click on the Intercom top menu, then click on the PC Boards left menu. The context
window will now display all your PC Boards in a grid form with the following
information, Serial no, Reference, Owner, Location, Installed and there are three
buttons, Sell, Write off and return loan. You can only sell the PC Boards that are
owned by yourself and are not installed. To sell a PC Board locate the board that
you wish to sell, click on the sell button.
This will open a window with all your customers listed, select the customer that you
wish to sell the PC Board to, then click Sell. You will now be prompted to whether
you want to sell it or loan it to the customer, click on Sell and install then click sell.
The PC Board will now be in the Customers Intercom.
Click on the Intercom top menu, and then click on the PC Boards left menu. The
context window will now display all your PC Boards in a grid form with the following
information, Serial no, Reference, Owner, Location, Installed and there are three
buttons, Sell, Write off and return loan. You can only sell the PC Boards that are
owned by yourself and are not installed. To sell a PC Board locate the board that
you wish to sell, click on the sell button.
