CONTEXT WINDOW MENU

Within the context window there are various options available, for example, current

context window as a user. The context menu might display: user permissions or

delete.

INFORMATION PANEL

The information panel is an online manual, which is relevant to the specific context

window that you are viewing or using.

BOTTOM MENU

The bottom menu is a constant menu, giving you features, which include a chat

function.

HOW TO LOGIN

To login into the G2 website used currently for the MkII you will require your

username, comb code and password. Once the organisation is created within the

website you will be emailed this information.

Go to www.G2-comb.com, click on login. You will be prompted to enter your details.

Once you have put in your Username, Comb code and Password, click on the Login

button. This will now redirect you to your organisations dashboard.

If your login fails you will be given three attempts before the account is blocked. If

you have forgotten your password, please see forgot password section below.

Account locked

If you exceed three attempts the website automatically blocks the account. In order

to unlock the account you will be prompted to enter your mobile number. This will

send you a one-time pin, which you will need to capture to unlock the account
